Bought Billie Eillish tickets through O2 priority in 2019. Concert was cancelled due to COVID. How do I get a refund? AXS

Have a look here for the details, contact us is at the bottom of the page FAQ - Priority (o2.co.uk)

From what I can tell you need to contact AXS if they haven't already processed the refund.
