Cant redeem Disney plus priority offer

I have never had an issue redeeming anything in the past but when I try to redeem the offer saving £2.00 per month, it gets me to click to the page & when I get to the destination (myo2) it just keeps saying 'oops cant view your extras'

 

Anyone else have an issue?

 

When I click my extras, it still says Disney+ £7.99 a month

I have the same issue. I activated the Disney+ 1 month free, but the description and details fir the 6 months Disney plus with a £2 discounts states I am eligible on my 12 month pay monthly sim only contract.

Just followed the suggested link to ask O2 on Facebook, but it appears this service is broken. I also tried to call them from my O2 number and it basically said there is no support unless you have a fraud issue and hung up on me. Must admit, not happy with the O2 service now after just moving back to O2....
