sim card lost

I lost my sim card in tunisia a few days ago..and I haven't found it yet..this sim card had to be paid monthly..I'm in tunisian now and I can't order a new sim card..currently I'm using the sim card of lyca moble that I have in reserve. I will give it my o2 number that ı lost  you can block it or cancel it..

This is a community forum and we have no access to your account. You have to report it yourself by following this guide Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it 

Just to add, they will send a new sim to your UK address. You also need to tell O2 it's only the SIM you need barring as you are using another sim in your phone so no need to bar the phone.

@musti1 Follow the guide provide by @Cleoriff. A new card will be sent to the UK address it is registered to. You are still responsible for the monthly payments whether the card is lost or not. You cannot cancel just because the card is lost.

No you can't do any of that whilst abroad @musti1 

You MUST report the sim lost as a matter of urgency.

You need to call customer service.

Call +44 7860 980 202 from abroad

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
