My company is on the list for this discount but I cannot find add discount to my o2. Have tried to follow instructions but won’t acknowledge my password with discount code. Has anybody done this if so how? Thanks

Free Huawei Freebuds

Was told when I upgraded to the Huawei that I was able to get free freebuds or a huawei smart watch but can’t seem to find how I go about getting either? Anyone else had this problem or know where I can get them from?

Where has my Data gone?

I bought 12gb of extra data - better value.I've only used 1gb (I'm not a heavy user).Now MyO2 says I have run out.My 'dashboard' says I still have 11gb.What is going on please?
