Proof of purchase

I am trying to make an insurance claim to replace my lost phone and it requires a proof of purchase. Is there any way I can find my proof of purchase in my O2 or does your first air time bill count as proof of purchase?

Resolved! Spending Cap

Is it possible to set a spending cap through the MyO2 App? O2 are only taking urgent calls during this time and so I can't do it that way.

Adding another number to my O2 account

I currently have two accounts with O2. Is it possible to link these accounts so that I can see information from both? I only ask because I don't remember any of my login information for one of the accounts.

I have recently done an order I have received email with tracking details but I can’t track as no idea who the courier is , I’ve liked in my o2 but I have no recent order in there to track , I’ve tried calling o2 but they are only taking urgent calls...

My O2

I went onto the My O2 page this morning and before I signed in a random mobile number was already displayed and I could see the data details, when the bill was due etc for this number. Anyone know why this could be? Thanks

A paper bill for proof of address

Hi all on the app I’m trying to find how I can request a a paper bill for proof address , I have tried contacting o2 by phone but on hold for a long Time , anybody know if it’s possible through the app ? THANKYOU
