I have always had a breakdown showing vat , why has this stopped ?

It is possible you have been moved to O2's new System 360 billing platform, @GRAHAM51 - info here.
You will need to reach out to Customer Services on 202 or any of the Social Media platforms just below this to check or to get it re-enabled if your account has been changed for some reason (upgrade can result in a change of billing status in MyO2, for example - I have lost it from mine in the past, as shown here).
