This is not O2, but a Customer Forum, @nanor - quickest way to get your SIM issue sorted would be via an O2 Store, with phone and old SIM and some photo ID to hand. You do not say if you have a contract or a PAYG SIM, but PAYG replacements can be requested from O2's website here: https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards/pay-as-you-go - contract SIM is a different beast, and has to be configured with your number before it is sent to you.
