I have always had very poor mobile signal at home, 1 bar if lucky. I have switched my wife's phone to wifi calling but do not have that option on my Apple XR model. I note when checking network status on my O2 app it is saying that a phone mast close to me is not working. This has been showing this for a long time and if this is the issue regarding poor signal at home when is the mast going to be fixed. O2 please advise.

O2 need to enable wifi calling on your account but no one can give you a timescale for repairs unfortunately.
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
