I’m a little bother of o2 because I returned the device but there forcing me to pay for it…I received email and letters from them…

I returned the device before 14 days because I changed my mind and they agreed…I call the customer service of o2 for 5 times and they told me that it’s already on the system but then it’s still on my mobile up the tariff and the monthly payment of the Apple Watch…what should I do next?…

All you can do is persevere with customer service

Keep calling them and speak also to payment management

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you
