I have trying calling o2 customer service , but with this covid-19 era , seems impossible to speak to someone , lost my phone last phone and insurance company is asking my "proof of usage" with imei number and last time my phone was used on that number . I did look on my bills for the information , but couldn't find , sent email , Twitter and Facebook message but no reply , I really need to fill the claim form for the insurance . @Juliano If your phone has been lost you must report the loss to O2. If you stay on the line your call will be answered.
