I upgraded to the Samsung S23 last month, and have just received the code to get the Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro for £1 offer. I log in, add to the basket, and at check out enter the promo code in the text I have just received.
It comes up with 'Promo code has expired'. How can it have expired when I am using it less than 30 mins after receiving it?!! Anyone else experienced this and found a way around it?

A few have had the same.
Waiting 24 hours sometimes helps, otherwise, you need to contact O2.

Same thing for me today. I ordered my phone on 10th oct, waited 30 days for the code but didn't arrive, so i've chased it twice with customer services. Finally got the code today so went straight to the website on my phone and tried to checkout but the payment prompt wouldn't load on the webpage, so it tried it on pc and same thing. Eventually got an error saying that the code had expired!!!
