On 21st August I received a text stating an order had gone through - NC17704691 - and giving me a link to check this. I did not click on the link as I had not ordered anything. Then I received a text, minutes later, to say my out-of-bundle charges reduction had been added - I know nothing about this. Then yesterday I received a text saying I had a credit note for account 1014035447 was ready to view, with a link to view the bill. I haven't clicked on the link was I know nothing about needing a credit note. Are these all scams and should I delete them all?

Not scams.
They are just billing adjustments made when O2 move you to the new 360 billing system.
