I have recently moved to o2 from virgin. I am struggling To find my 2 phone contracts in my O2 account. I have tried to add them to the account but it states they are already registered to an account but I cannot see any detail of them.

It normally takes 24-48 hrs for My O2 to sort itself out.
We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) OR 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)
