I'm just curious in that it says I have unlimited minutes on my plan but I was charged £4 for a call and it wasn't a service or premium call; it was a mobile phone number. Is this normal or something I should be worried about?
I'm concerned because I use my mobile phone for work and I have to make calls out to other people and I don't want to up my bill each month. If it's cause I probably wasn't on wifi for the call (my office area in my house isn't good with the wifi signal so sometimes I get knocked off without noticing) then that's fine cause I can just turn off my mobile data usage when I make those calls.

Hi @T8810
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you call O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

You can only call UK mobile numbers (you don't say if it was or not).
