How do we stop the agents ringing every day who are o2 appointed agents that

have been given our details and push for upgrades this is unpleasant , scary, offensive plain wrong, who agrees with me, how can we make 02 stop this?!

When you say agents who do you mean?

Lots of scam merchants at the moment trying to get you to give them access to your account. They say O2 but they are not.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
