Hi all,
I bought an apple watch series 4 from amazon and when I go to log on to enable mobile data via the app it states that my login details are incorrect even though they 100% aren't as I am able to log in through the website to view my account. Both the apple watch and iphone are up to date with the latest updates.
Now since doing this it is also not letting me log on to view my bill and I get a message saying "Oops. We've had problems finding your account
Click here and that should solve it."
Any help or suggestions would be great as this is very frustrating.
