I was told I would not be charged for Disney+ and due to an error I would receive a credit on my account for the subscription dated back to Feb 2023.
Why is the credit not showing and the charge for the extra is?

Nobody here can access your account, @Natasha992 - you need to contact O2 this morning, either on 202 at around 08:10 or via Social Media at one of the ways mentioned in the link just below this post. Good luck!
