Twice I have just tried to add a data bolt on of 4GB and each time I have been charged for 100MB (£3.50). I want these cancelled and one 4GB added instead.
Please advise.

Seems to be a common complaint at the moment. Clearly yet another system issue which also isn’t uncommon.
