My contract phone is broken and I'm not sure if I have insurance

O2 Insurance cover will show on your monthly bill in your MyO2, @AW11 - and if you took out separate insurance, eg via another company, or as an add-on to home contents insurance, there is no way anyone else would be able to advise on that - check your documents in that case for that particular insurance. You could also consider how log you have had your 'phone @AW11 and whether it might still be under warranty or guarantee. 👍

Which obviously depends on how it is broken.....
