I have claimed £10 airtime rewards According to them it is sitting on my account but has not been taken off my bill they told me to contact o2 i phoned them to be told I wasn’t through to the right dept She said she couldn’t transfer me, put me on hold then the phone cut out Can anyone help please

It says on Airtime rewards app that if there is a problem to contact their support so the balls back in their court it’s a ridiculous situation when they are advertising Airtime Rewards
