Has anyone ever had an offer from 02 recycle re applied?

I was offered £160 less when they valued my phone as they said the touch screen was faulty when I know it was perfect! So instead of the £150 incentive and £164 for my phone I was offered £27. I feel it's a scam as seems to happen to ALOT of customers. I upgraded with 02 with this incentive in mind where I would have gone elsewhere.

Yes, another customer reported similar issues yesterday.

The scary thing is its a completely different company now which o2 have contracted out to..

Ingram Micro arent known for this type of behaviour which makes it more odd...
