O2 coustomer service is very poor coustomer service.

I want to upgrade my device but sometime call drop and sometime they,I need to call you back but nobody call me back.

In my I have never see this type of coustomer service.

If that's the case either call into an O2 store or move to another network for you next contract

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

It depends on which team you get through to as some will, some wont...  

 

As @Enlli says pop into an o2 stoe oe move networks, you will get better service in store..

But I call the offical o2 number and they said I will call you back in 1minute and they not call me back
