I have been waiting nearly 2 weeks for my new phone to arrive on contract and I paid 30 pound up front and my next bill is due in 6 days and I still don't have the phone and all o2 keep saying is a carrier will pick it up soon any advice

Reading various discussions on this community forum, it seems there was an incident at the warehouse despatch so delaying o2 deliveries.   

Think it may now be getting back now to dispatching.
