I live near syon lane train station London. I switched to O2 recently. My nearest O2 hotspots shown on the map don't exist. Homebase closed last year and was knocked down 6 months ago and the Dixon's closed years ago. seriously misleading as it's years out of date

You need to report this deficiency to O2 @Ozbodger . Unfortunately, this is a customer to customer community so we cannot access customer accounts or provide other direct help.
.
You can message O2 on social media :-
Facebook : https://o2uk.co/O2CFB
X (previously known as Twitter) : https://o2uk.co/O2CTW
Instagram : https://o2uk.co/O2CIG
A complete schedule of how to contact O2 is in :-

This is down to the companies aka Currys PC World and Sainsbury's who report (should report) back to VM Business when o2 hotspots are removed as they pay for the service but it wouldnt be surprised if they dont..
There will be nothing o2 customer services can do about it, as its a commercial thing with VMo2 Business and the hosts, and until they report them removed then they will stay available on the map...

I guess there are a lot of redundant hotspots as all the homebase are gone. Just needed some data as the O2 virgin bolt on seems to take 2 weeks to process. I switched as there's a signal dead zone and O2 is better than others. Thanks for the input folks
