Since I updated my iphone 13s ios to 17.5.1, I keep getting this annoying message popping up. Has anyone else had this and if so, how can I get rid of it? I am with Virgin / O2

It will be because Virgin Mobile has finally been removed from the list of networks in IOS, where you originally on VM and then moved to o2?

@IainA

Pop in store with photo ID and swap to an O2 sim card, if not done so already.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
