Forum etiquette takes some learning sometimes Jay, and as I said in another thread the members here have a great sense of humour and once you get to know when and where it's being applied it's all fun.

Take care dude. slight_smile

No need at all for apologies. We are all adults here. We forget and move on. There will always be difference of opinions and maybe clashes of peronalities. None of us claim to be experts and are learning from others all the time. You say you have been in the mobile trade for 15 years, I too worked for O2 back in 1998 but smart phones are released it seems on a weekly basis and are coming on leaps and bounds in technology and capability.

So, none of us are experts but we all try to get along and learn and help customers to the best of our ability without forcing our opinions on anyone.

Having said that, hope it goes a little way to explain some previous barbed comments.

And then there is me...the forum technophobe...always happy to listen and learn, read and absorb. Smiley Very Happy

I have never claimed to be an expert in anything technological but hope in the posts I make, that I sometimes offer the occasional bit of practical help...

Actually I am in awe at the knowledge of the experts on here. @jonsie  says there are no experts. I say that very much depends on your perspective..:smileywink:

I also enjoy a lot of banter (it lightens the mood occasionally)

Oh yes...just for info...I could probably fix a broken leg better than anyone else on here LOL
