o2 clownshow with orders of new iphone 16 pro max

pre ordered like everyone else on 13th September all switch up order went through as normal read and did all documents order said 2 weeks from 13th, no update then got message saying order revised so they cancelled original pre order did a new one due to lack of stock or some other made up lies they spin off, only to find out they also cancelled this order even though order says part of the order has already been sent and cannot be cancelled now after fobbing me off all week trying figure out what was going on they have completely cancelled my upgrade and told me to wait 72 hours to cancellation process to take place and reorder and wait four weeks - December 2024. 

 

but I cannot create such an order because they have completely screwed up my account and order but to o2 that's ok its not there problem they will just keep reading there scripts and not give a full reasons on what's gone on, id advise anyone that has ordered to ring up and double check what's going on with your order of the iPhone 16 pro max you may have the same issue as me and o2 wont care, and the first come first serve system they claim to run is absolutely lies they will just fob you off at any given time, spoke to customer service reps that don't even have a clue what's going on, as well supervisors and complaints team and people above that.
