media messages not showing in media box

Right so last night i recieved Two picture messages, when i have come on here to try to look at them and entered my phone number and pin, it tells me that it does not recognise my mobile number and or pin, now i have entered both correctly and it is still refusing to let me see my pictures

of course i find this rather irratating, so can someone suggest what i can do to sort this, as i would rather like to see these images

I think your best bet is to contact customer services. Sounds as though mms may not be provisioned on your account.
