Solved: free speaker

hi i just got an upgrade to a samsung s5 and it said that i can get a free speaker but i cant find it on here. is there another way i can claim this online as i don't really want to go into the shop (again)

All it mentions is this on the website:
"Speaker promotion terms: Customers who purchase a Samsung S5, Samsung Alpha, Samsung Note 4, HTC One, Nokia 930, LG G3, Sony Z3, Sony Z3 Compact or Amazon Fire from O2 on a Pay Monthly tariff with a data allowance of 8GB or 20GB are eligible to claim a free Kitsound Boom Evolution speaker. Promotion runs from 13 November 2014, subject to availability, while stocks last."
My advice would be to call 202 and ask CS - I am assuming you didn't get a voucher or anything with your phone?

Now detail here. Did you upgrade with 8gb or 20gb of data? This is a requirement and it would appear the offer was only valid from 13th November
