Phoned 02 three times last night to turn off the messaging part so that I can talk to my 94 year old mother in Hospital. If you dies before I talk to her , I will blame 02. I have two accounts with 02 and just transferred from Virgin we I never had trouble in two decades. Now completely disgusted .

We are all customers here and have no access to accounts so can't help there.
Just have to persist with O2, I'm afraid.
However, I'm intrigued as to how messaging is preventing making a call.
If you could describe exactly what is happening one of our community members may be able to help
