ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE WORST MOBILE COMPANY EVER!!

I have been with O2 mobile for 7-8 years. I am at the point.. well BEYOND the point of no return. 

The customer service is ABYSMAL! HORRENDOUS! NON EXISTANT! 

ALL of their call centres are in the Phillipines, not one is in the UK or EU. 

The Company is from Spain, not even the UK. 

1 HOUR wait to speak to someonone on the otheside of the world. 

then they cut in and out and then its a cut off lost call! This has happened to my 5 TIMES!! In the past 30 days I cant even get a frikin manager to call me back! THEY HAVE NO ACCOUNTABILITY!! 

THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS! OVER CHARGING MY BILL AND THEN NO WAY TO GET A HOLD OF ANYONE!! THEY DONT GIVE A FK ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! 

I AM LEAVING THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A COMPANY, FILLING A COMPLAINT WITH THE OMBUDSMAN AND CONSUMER ADVICASY. 

I ADVISE EVERYONE TO DO THE SAME! THIS COMPANY WILL BE OUT OF OF BUSINESS BY 2025!

If you want to use the ombudsman @RIVER then you need to complain to o2 first and wait until either 8 weeks have passed or you have a letter of deadlock...
