Why are O2 still accepting orders they know they can't fulfil?

As per the title

 

Also they're falsely advertising next day delivery, a pathetic excuse for a company to be honest. A company of its calibre should anticipate these things and have a plan in place for it.

And still saying things will go up by RPI  plus 3.9% in April when in around a month the customer will be informed it's actually now £1.80 rise.

Technically they are correct, morally it's a different matter.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
