I’m not sure why I am paying for such a poor service.
O2 seem to have invested a lot of time and money in not providing the one thing they are supposed to provide - a signal that enables the customer to make a phone call, receive a phone call, send a text and receive a text.
I am so frustrated by the lack of service. I also really don’t like the fact that I can’t get into my account because I can’t receive the code O2 send for getting into the account. All in all I do wonder what’s the point?

First is this in a handful of places or all over.? All networks have poor spots, Three round me is diabolical!
