Hi, Does anyone know if there 'warehouse issues' are still ongoing? I ordered a Galaxy S24 on 29th November and its still not been delivered, not even an ETA! According to the operator on 202, my order is marked as 'Complete' but it still hasn't been collected, this can't be right how O2 are operating like this. I just want the phone I'm paying for, or at least cancel so I can move onto another provider.

From comments here, @WayneW81 - it would seem deliveries from couriers have been reported as delayed, but not directly from the warehouse - only O2 would know for sure: Guide: How to find help & contact O2
