I only have O2 as it came as part of my package 19 months ago, so I gave the SIM to my daughter. I just downgraded, online, my data from unlimited to 150GB and I see the VOLT has been remove, even though I am still with Virgin Media too. Could someone explain why, please? TIA

It gets removed when you change plans but will automatically get re-added in a few days.

Apply Volt again in My O2
After a tariff change it takes around 14 days to be applied again automatically
