From their perspective they are joining two companies with the same teams therefore do not need duplication of the teams.
My message back would be that as they have increased their customer base they will have to ensure that they can support them. Thought that the CS reps on the board were so helpful. Also less likely to give a BS answer as they have the whole community watching, so you had to have good staff on it. Ho...Hum.....
