As we know, since the migration of customers to the 360 platform, many of our community guides need updating. I thought I'd start a list of the ones which have been updated and this can be added to by others after changes have been made.

I have spoken with @Dave-O2 about my guide on paying your bill. This has now been updated. One part reflects paying at the bank for Legacy Customers with slightly different bank details for 360 customers.

Guide: How to Pay Your Bill (Airtime & Device Plans) 

The only thing to add to this is the date it was updated.

Ah yes:

Guide: How-to guide for My O2  and several in that area.

Guide: Spend Caps & Charge to Mobile on O2 now MyO2 opens that to the Customer.

Guide: My O2 - Bolt-ons also changes.

Guide: Your guide on how to use O2 Travel could do with a dust-off.

Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page? also harks back to a golden, or solidly blue, age.

Not all mine, but... 😁

That's fine except I foresee one problem.

 

How does a customer know whether they are a "legacy" or "360" customer ? Do you or @Dave-O2 need to tell folks how to find this out ? 

 

This is quite a bit more opaque than the reference to consumer/business customers, as I am sure that most will know whether or not they are a business. 👍

According to @Dave-O2, over 99.5% of customers have now been moved to the 360 platform.

Also, new customers will be on the 360 system.

Thank you @Cleoriff, I was not aware of those statistics ! 👍

 

I assume that the guide will be updated - simplified - again once the remaining 0.5 per cent of customers have been moved across ?

Once everyone is on the 360 system, the legacy information will be deleted @Oxonian

Another one in need of a refresh:

Guide: Where is my discount or Extra Data? 

Things seem more apparent now for PAYG data doubler extras, as an example - and MyO2, for Contracts anyway, seems to be quite clear:

There does seem to be quite a lot of work that will need to be done to replace all these legacy guides @Cleoriff @pgn .

Do we know if the current version of 360 (both via app and browser) are the "finished article" and the new guides could be in draft now @Dave-O2 or are there more changes in the pipe-line?
