Trying to bar phone

Trying to barr one of my numbers due to a lost phone but cannot get through to o2 at all. Chat keeps cutting me off and i have been on hold 3 times over the last 2 days for over 25 mins each time only to be cut off once i get through arrrgggghhh!!.....Please can someone from O2 respond to this as i have no other way of doing this and i need info from you for my insurance company. Thanks

just tried again on that number and chat.....chat got booted out and siad no chat initialised and the number is the one that keeps cutting me off....Soo no one from o2 likes mods or admin come onto this site? sorry for all the q's

We do have site admin and moderators but your better trying to use the official avenues of contact.

You might get Toby (O2 employed) but not until tomorrow. The mods don't work for O2 so they're no good to you. This isn't customer service I'm afraid mate.....

Just tried that form and that has also failed to send, apparent failed to open page...what is going on over there its a shambles!!
