Earlier today I got a notification saying my O2 click and collect order was ready to collect. Great!... maybe not! 

 

Battle through the Christmas chaos in the shopping centre to discover that the only thing that has been delivered is a screen protector! O2 order tracking states order is complete and collected from store. I think not! No help from O2 store staff because they can't do anything from their end other than give me what has been delivered. Rang customer services to be told it has happened to multiple people today and that my phone will be delivered separately but no idea when and how long I should wait before I will hear anything again. 

 

Looking on O2 Facebook page, it has started happening today and to start with O2 have tried blaming the couriers. Surely the couriers can't make the same mistake with so many customers?!

 

I know O2 don't read this or reply directly but is anyone else experiencing the same? As if we haven't waited long enough for orders (1st Dec for me) without the added stress of wondering now what has happened and why the order status now says complete.
