I think we all know this is about right with the amount of complaints on here about poor customer service or closer to useless customer service, time to resolve o2 problems etc
So not surprised OFCOM have shamed o2
My advice to o2 is to bring support back from the likes, of India, Philippines and South Africa, and stop trying to do everything on the cheap and making customers suffer your incompetence...

Come on, credit where credit is due, it takes a lot of effort to keep oneself at the bottom of the list. And OFCOM is not the only one

It was interesting to see Virgin beaten to the bottom by Talk Talk and surprisingly EE on BB complaints..

VMO2 should be totally embarassed and shamed
This will not only have an awful impact on customers but also the few good advisers working within the UK
How can you be proud to work for a company like this and continue to give good support and care?
