For the third time my windows phone has been returned to me and despite selecting backup and skydrive options I cannot work out how to get my photos back on my phone. Any process steps on how to do this would be appreciated.

SkyDrive is now called OneDrive...

There is an app mentioned on the above link which you can download and it makes managing files much easier.

Hi Outofideas and Welcome to the Forum.

You say the phone has been retuned to you a 3rd time. What issues have you been having with it as this could have a bearing on any issue your currently experiencing.

Ref SkyDrive.
