40 miniutes into this phone call with 02 and still no response, I received my new phone last week and forgot to add the imsurance so I have called up 02 and they have put me through to the person that I need to speak to, This was 45 min ago and I am still waiting! Also to add an 02 staff member promised to call me today at 1PM as he could not get hold of someone earlier on in the week, Such very poor service and one I would not recommend!
