@Bradley I don't own that phone, but I doubt anything should be rattling around inside. Is there a rattle if you remove the sim card tray? To be honest, in light of the current situation everyone finds themselves in, if the phone is working, just be gentle with it. If you can manage to get through to customer service, call and tell them what the issue is. They're really the only ones who can tell you what to do at this point. 8-8.30 am is the best time to call.
