Broken Phone

Desperately need some help/advice. My phone isn't working and I have insurance with 02 but since the webchat is down I have no way to contact them to get it fixed/replaced. Does anyone know if there's any way of contacting someone/getting help?

Thank you! Unfortunately as my phone is broken I can't call so I currently have no way to contact them 😞
