S23FE Slow on O2

S23 FE is slower than my S3 was year ago. Its embarrassing as my daughters i15 on O2 was able to order a whole meal before I'd even loaded the menu, and it was in a 5g zone. It's a flagship product and should do better.

I'm not discounting a stealth performance by O2 to get me off my old contract onto a new one as it's way cheaper  on my old one!

O2 don't slow things as you suggest. When did you last replace your SIM, hope it's not in S3 days!

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

This app is mentioned in the guide that has already been brought to your attention @Paully, and I would recommend that you take a look at it :-

My Network App - Find Out More About Your Network Coverage | Apps | O2

https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

Understand your network coverage

With the My Network app you can keep an eye on your coverage, wherever you are. Download the app and you’ll be able to:

- check the status of our network in your area – you don’t even need to enter your postcode

- test your network speeds

- report any issues with your service.

It’s simple to use and means that you can check the network without having to visit the main site or even enter a postcode.

Just to be clear the S23 FE is NOT a flagship product its a cut down version of the S23 and has always been let down by the crap Exynos Chipset and a poor modem in the device.

The only Flagship devices Samsung do are the Ultra's

iPhone 16 Pro Max - o2 and Spusu
