I just spoke with the most loveliest colleague of yours called Robin over the phone. I was having trouble with a payment and she helped me for over 30 -minutes on the phone and was so lovely to me. I don't know where to write this review but honestly she needs to be rewarded for Being so patient and understanding with o2 customers. I've been struggling with this issue for almost 2 weeks and she was able to sort out the problem Within less than 30 minutes. I cannot thank her enough. She even credited my account for the issues I was having and I'm honestly so overwhelmed with her service!!!!!! I'm recommending O2 to everyone because of her 😭 that was the best customer service I've ever recieved 😭😭😭
