Recover deletetd SMS messages?

I have deleted some text(SMS) messages and need to recover them. I have an Apple iPhone 5S have tried the ways described by Apple but it requires a phone reset and I don't want to lose all the stuff on my phone. Can anyone assist - or know of a way to retrieve my messages. Is O2 able to help and what route must I take?Thank you

O2 cannot help as they are all stored on the phone.
Follow the advice from Apple and hope for the best.
