Just wanted to leave some feedback for my recent experience. Made a claim with O2 insure for my phone. O2 policy has changed and the process of obtaining a replacement took a week instead of 24-48 hours and involved paperwork due to my postcode being flagged as being an area high in fraudulent claims. So despite being fully insured i didnt win the postcode lottery on this one, and so the claim was at a disadvantage and took longer to process. I was served on one occasion by Julie Rowe, a member of the O2 insure claims team and was very impressed by her helpfulness and professionalism. Lovely lady with a lot of patience. I was very stressed out due to the claim taking so long to process but she was very reassuring. Please pass on my warmest thanks to Julie Rowe!
