Hi have got my bill and o2 have credited my account has anyone else been refunded?

Think it is someting to do with bolt on discount that they charged vat on.

They will make billing adjustments from time to time but you should see a breakdown in the billing section of your MyO2.

Just got my bill and it a discount of £6.53 as "Promotional Credit Vatable Subs"
