I got my new sim from o2 and my old number supposed to port on 08/05/2024 but nothing happened. I have tried contacting o2 a number of times where I am told the issue will be resolved but each time I call they say it will take a few more days but nothing happens. I completely fed up and thinking of cancelling my contract as I have never had this issue with other providers before. I really need my old number as it’s an emergency number for schools etc.

10 days is unacceptable.
You might try the social media teams but you may have to keep poking them.
